Your tasks and perspectives

• Participating in our central administration with a clearly recognizable service character and high call volumes
• Contact person for our patients, external customers, and internal clinics
• Scheduling and coordination of all outpatient and inpatient examinations for the locations Wil and Uznach
• Patient care at the reception
• General administrative work in the areas of reporting, reporting systems, as well as import and export of image material

What you bring for this position

• Completed training as Med. Praxisassistent/in EFZ, Pharma-Assistent/in EFZ, Drogist/-in EFZ or Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ
• Proficient in medical terminology and very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as high networked thinking ability
• Team-oriented and resilient personality with an independent and responsible way of working
• Willingness for cross-location cooperation in the Radiology and Nuclear Medicine network
