Paediatrician (M/F)

• Provide paediatric consultations to monitor the health of infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their growth and development.
• Perform diagnosis and management of common and complex pathologies in paediatrics, adopting a personalized and benevolent approach.
• Inform parents and support them in understanding and managing childhood pathologies, promoting an educational and reassuring approach.
• Develop prevention and vaccination actions according to current recommendations, and participate in childhood health awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with other specialists (neonatology, paediatric cardiology, paediatric neurology, etc.) to guarantee multidisciplinary care adapted to patient needs.
• Update medical records and ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee optimal continuity of care.
• Supervise and transmit expertise to young doctors and healthcare teams as part of a continuous training process.
• Medical Degree with specialization in Paediatrics, recognized in Switzerland or eligible for equivalence.
• MEBEKO registration or recognition in Switzerland or in the process.
• Proven experience in general paediatrics and ability to manage a diversity of childhood pathologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children and their families.
• Skills in managing paediatric emergency situations.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different actors in the care pathway.
