Your new responsibilities ### • Responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the kitchen studio team • Responsibility for achieving revenue targets in the kitchen studio • Responsibility for the attractive presentation of merchandise in the kitchen studio • Competent advice and enthusiasm for customers in our modern Pfister kitchen studios • Inspiring customers with our attractive and varied assortment • Planning and selling dream kitchens to our customers using the Carat planning tool • Responsible for the preparation and execution of the offer up to the sales contract • Continuous development of the kitchen studio salespersons • Regular exchanges with the director and other managers of the branch • Permanent exchange with the kitchen logistics and after-sales teams to ensure the smooth running of orders What you bring ### • Enjoyment of intensive contact with customers regarding advice • Experience in kitchen sales or assembly • Very good spatial representation ability and creativity • Experience with digital planning systems (furniture, kitchens, space planning) • Experience in managing a team of 2-3 people • Craft training • Fast understanding and solution-oriented action • A confident and winning attitude What we offer ### 20% on the entire pfister assortment and benefits within the XXXLutz group Combinable with other promotions 5 weeks of leave Possibility to purchase an additional week We support your continuing education Financially or through flexible schedules Flexibility of working hours 100% of working time in 4.5 days?
