Take on responsibility with us as: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER: HIGH-RISE BUILDING / OVERALL PLANNING 80–100% - ZÜRICH Your Tasks Independent construction management of demanding infrastructure projects for the departments of overall planning and structural planning Responsibility for coordinating and monitoring the construction execution with regard to quality, costs, and deadlines Leadership and coordination of contractors, specialist planners, authorities, and other project participants Ensuring professional realization according to planning documents, SIA standards, and technical specifications Creation of tenders, estimates, construction contracts, as well as schedules and construction programs Leadership of construction meetings including minutes and site reporting Review of invoices, amendments, and quantities Support of project and overall management during all execution phases Collaboration in the further development of modern construction processes and digital working methods (BIM/BIM2Field) Your Profile Completed training in the construction industry (construction manager HFP/HF, technician HF, architect FH/ETH or equivalent) Experience in construction management of high-rise building projects in Switzerland Good knowledge of standards and construction and contract law (SIA) Experience in tendering and estimating with NPK/CRB Secure handling of MS Office and digital construction administration tools Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working Communicative, assertive, and team-oriented personality Very good German language skills in word and writing Your Opportunities Collaboration on architecturally and technically demanding infrastructure projects Close interdisciplinary collaboration with our teams from overall planning and structural planning High level of personal responsibility and direct influence on project success Modern working methods and digital planning tools Collegial corporate culture with short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies Flexible working models as well as attractive development and further training opportunities Modern workplace in Zürich Altstetten, just a few minutes' walk from the station We offer you a modern and professional working environment with exciting projects, interdisciplinary collaboration, and high technical competence.
