On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an Assistant to the inspection service in order to strengthen an active team in the control and application of conventional provisions within the hotel-catering sector.

Job description

In this function, you carry out field controls autonomously, process assigned files, write the corresponding reports and support establishments in the correct application of current regulations. You also participate in team meetings, specific projects as well as various follow-up and documentation activities.

We are looking for a person ideally having training in hotel-catering or commerce, completed by professional experience in one of these fields. A good knowledge of standard IT tools is expected.

The mastery of German is imperative, both orally and in reading, as internal procedures and meetings take place mainly in this language.

A valid driver's license is indispensable.
