Go4HR is looking on exclusive assignment for Beerstecher AG, Dübendorf for an experienced personality as an Employee in HR Administration & Payroll 80–100%, who wants to combine administration and payroll and enjoys maintaining an overview in a diverse, familial environment. Start per immediately or by arrangement.

These are your activities:

-You ensure that the entries/exits as well as further HR processes are implemented cleanly and in a timely manner
-You are the first point of contact for employees regarding HR questions and ensure that HR concerns are handled personally and in an orientation toward solutions (HR counter)
-You take care of the administration surrounding staff accommodation and keys at various locations
-You take over the ongoing personnel administration including permits, social insurances as well as health and accident reports
-You are responsible for your own group of persons in payroll processing and carry this out independently in cooperation with the Payroll Lead
-You maintain and organize personnel files and ensure clear document filing
-You are the deputy for the Payroll Responsible and support with short-term queries
-You support internal events and take on other varied HR tasks that arise in daily business and in which you want to grow

This is what we expect from you:

-You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR function and accordingly bring a solid and experienced HR background
-Payroll is not new territory for you: ideally, you have already processed wages independently (at least wage preparation) and are familiar with the relevant social insurance and payroll topics
-Experience with SwissSalary is a big plus
-You work extremely accurately, discretely and reliably and handle confidential personnel data with confidence
-You are organizationally strong, can structure yourself well and maintain an overview even with several parallel topics
-You communicate confidently in German and have English skills at at least B1 level, other languages are welcome
-You enjoy working with people from different cultures and encounter different personalities openly and respectfully
-You are a positively thinking, resilient and robust personality who remains calm and professional even in demanding situations
