Requirement profile:

• Commercial training in export, foreign trade or in freight forwarding
• Further training as an export clerk or foreign trade specialist as well as experience in export processing
• Professional experience in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Very good German and good English skills
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as enjoyment of collaboration

Tasks:

• Responsibility for the independent processing of national and international export orders
• Organization and coordination of transports with freight forwarders, customers and internal interfaces
• Creation, checking and administration of all export documents
• Ensuring compliance with customs, foreign trade and export regulations
• Tariff classification of goods as well as conducting dual-use checks
• Close cooperation with sales, logistics, service and external partners
