Your area of responsibility:

• You are the central hub between our customers, the sales field service, and production.
• You create offers for individual customer inquiries in the field of print products and services.
• You ensure clean, timely, and economically sensible order processing - from the creation of order documents to invoicing.
• With your sense for customer needs, you advise our customers competently and ensure that they feel understood and excellently cared for.

Your requirement profile:

• You have basic training in the graphic industry.
• Ideally, you have expanded your expertise through commercial further training and/or practical experience in sales back office.
• Customer contact gives you joy and you convince with your professional appearance as well as your advisory competence.
• You work independently, precisely, and maintain an overview even with complex tasks.
• At the same time, you value teamwork and reliably support your colleagues.
• Your very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as your good French skills round off your profile. Any further foreign language is a plus.
