You will ensure rigorous management of claims requiring specialized expertise, in direct contact with insurers, clients, and internal teams. Claims & Absence Manager Your main missions and responsibilities: As part of this function, you will ensure part of the HR service solutions and will be responsible for managing sickness and accident loss of earnings claim cases for various clients. More specifically: • Management of sickness and accident loss of earnings claim cases with insurers and clients, in accordance with the insurance policies and conditions in force • Regular contact with employees and the HR department of our client companies during sickness or accident absences • Monitoring of files in our absence management tool • Control of daily allowances paid by insurers • Requests for coverage of various types of medical treatments and/or hospitalizations with insurers • Application of internal procedures / processes specific to clients • Monitoring and management of reporting to our clients • Active participation in projects Your profile: • CFC commercial employee or equivalent training • Successful first experience in the field of claims management • Very good oral and written knowledge: French, German, and English (C1 level) • Excellent contact, rigorous, organized, and autonomous person with a high sense of confidentiality and customer service • If you possess German knowledge, it is a real asset.
