Your benefits at USB ### • Attractive salary policy and excellent social benefits • Discounts in the areas of shopping, sports, and leisure • Support with relocation and apartment search • 25 days of vacation plus 5 additional free flex days • Support for further education and career planning • Campus in the heart of Basel and in the tri-border area • Comprehensive childcare options • Free sports and exercise program What you can achieve ### • Care for both routine pneumology patients and complex pneumology patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting • Participation in pneumological specialist clinics (ILD, sleep and lung transplantation) • Takeover of interventional pneumological procedures including EBUS, cryotherapy, sonography-guided punctures, thoracoscopy, and robot-assisted bronchoscopy • Interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist disciplines, especially oncology, thoracic surgery, pathology, radiology, rheumatology, cardiology, allergology, infectious diseases, and immunology • Participation in the training of assistant doctors • Collaboration on clinical studies including support for the realization of own research interests, projects up to habilitation What you bring ### • Completed specialist training in pneumology or near completion • Open, appreciative communication and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 language level). French language skills are an advantage • Strong team orientation and willingness to take responsibility for our patients
