ASPMAD, IT IS:  9 CMS in the North of Vaud  950 collaborators engaged  More than 6'700 people accompanied each year  A presence in 105 communes FOR OUR CMS OF STE-CROIX, WE ARE RECRUITING A: SOCIAL ASSISTANT 60-90% Social Assistant 60-90% Ste-Croix YOUR MISSION As a social assistant, your role involves mastering advanced specific skills:  Analysis of needs and social intervention: You identify and evaluate the specific needs of clients in order to direct interventions in an adapted social health framework, including personalized follow-up according to the needs of each client.  Support for caregivers and guidance: You provide advice and support to loved ones, while offering strategic guidance to improve the well-being of clients.  Interdisciplinary collaboration: You collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with an external network for a coordinated approach.  Case management: You actively manage client files by acting as a reference YOUR PROFILE  You hold a diploma as a social assistant or a recognized equivalent title, complemented by ideally two years of experience in Switzerland.  You have a solid knowledge of social insurance in the Vaud canton's socio-sanitary system.  Certified training in social insurance would be a plus.  Endowed with autonomy, versatility, and adaptability, you have a marked interest in home maintenance as well as social insurance and the helping relationship.  You present a great ability to listen and communicate within a group and with clients.  You master administrative procedures with ease and confidence!  You possess a driver's license and, ideally, a personal vehicle.
