Tasks

• Advising and selecting candidates
• Direct approach of suitable candidates
• Conducting interviews and salary negotiations
• Advising corporate clients on the placement of suitable candidates
• Managing the entire recruitment process up to the hiring process
• Acquisition of corporate clients
• Collaboration in personnel marketing
• Various administrative and organizational tasks

Profile

• Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or a comparable field of study
• Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship with corresponding further training and several years of experience in personnel consulting, recruiting, or sales
• Strong sales and advisory competence
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high initiative
• Strong communication personality
• Joy in building sustainable customer and candidate relationships
• Confident handling of digital recruiting tools, social media, etc.
• Proficient German in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage
