• Customer relationship manager: You greet our customers at the reception and ensure the first contact, both on the phone and personally on site

What you bring with you ##

• Vocational training and commercial expertise: You have technical automotive training, such as Automobilfachfrau/-mann EFZ or Automobil Mechatroniker/-in EFZ and have good commercial knowledge as well as several years of professional experience as a service advisor
• E-mobility expert: You have experience in e-mobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technology
• Service professional: You are sociable, enjoy approaching people and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness
• Mindset master: You are resilient, deal positively with stress and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mixture
• Communicator: Ideally, you have solid English skills and can express yourself confidently
• IT expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the use of AI tools
• Driving professional: Valid driving license Cat. B
