Joining us means practicing a meaningful profession, in a human-sized company, where everyone contributes with pride to better food. #### WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Define, steer and evolve the Group Quality strategy, by guaranteeing the compliance of integrated management systems with regulatory, normative, customer and label requirements across all sites * Represent the company to certification bodies, authorities, customers and external partners, and guarantee the success of audits as well as the implementation of associated improvement plans * Ensure the control of quality and food safety risks, by supervising HACCP, VACCP and TACCP processes, and by arbitrating decisions relating to non-conformities, product blocks and withdrawal/recall procedures * Manage, develop and unite multi-site Quality teams, by strengthening a quality culture oriented towards the field, empowerment, continuous improvement and performance * Support the strategic projects of the company, notably new product launches, process evolutions and quality commitments to customers * Steer the Group's quality performance, through the monitoring of key indicators, the control of non-quality costs, risk analysis and reporting to General Management * Define the roadmap for internal laboratories and guarantee the reliability of analyses, by accompanying their development towards the best reference standards, notably ISO 17025 certification #### WHAT YOU BRING: * Higher education (University Master's, HES or equivalent) in agri-food, life sciences, food technology, or quality engineering; a quality auditor, HACCP or Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset * Confirmed experience of at least 8 to 10 years in a quality management function within the agri-food industry or a highly regulated industrial environment, including team management * Recognized expertise in quality and food safety management systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 17025, IFS/BRC), as well as HACCP, VACCP and TACCP methodologies * Proven experience in conducting certification audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections, as well as in managing critical situations such as major non-conformities or product withdrawals/recalls * Solid understanding of Swiss and European regulatory requirements, supplemented by mastery of quality performance steering tools and associated digital systems (ERP, LIMS, GED, e-QMS) * Fluent command of French and German; English is an asset * Recognized leadership, strong decision-making capacity and great autonomy * Ability to unite and communicate with multidisciplinary teams, to lead change, to arbitrate in complex situations and to promote a demanding, pragmatic and results-oriented quality culture #### WHAT WE OFFER YOU: * An evolving environment and a pleasant working framework * Possibility of internal training and development * Various discounts at more than 150 partners via the Swibeco platform * Advantageous social benefits (supplementary health and accident insurance, supplement to family allowances) #### 4 REASONS TO JOIN CREMO: * You will actively participate in the transformation of Cremo * You will contribute to projects at the heart of a historic Swiss agri-food company * You will have a direct impact on the company's performance to reach our ambitious objectives * You will engage in a sustainable and responsible activity We look forward to receiving your application!
