Do you want to work independently and manage a diverse real estate portfolio?

In our 12-member team in the real estate department, you will take over the independent management of residential and commercial properties of the Visana-Gruppe. In doing so, you will ensure high quality in the management of our properties and stakeholders with your expertise, your service orientation, and your organizational talent.

Your tasks

• You independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties and are the first point of contact for tenants, caretakers, and external partners
• You take over the operational processing of all real estate management processes -- from leasing and contract management to the preparation of heating and service charge statements
• You support initial lettings and marketing activities for new construction projects
• You plan and coordinate smaller maintenance and repair measures and process damage cases.
• You ensure professional management of the properties and ensure their attractiveness and value preservation

Your profile

• You hold the federal professional certificate (eidgenössischer Fachausweis) as a Real Estate Manager/in
• You bring several years of experience in the independent management of a real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties)
• You work independently, responsibly, and impress with your high decision-making competence, flexibility, and strong ability to work in a team
• You have proficient German language skills, French language skills are an advantage
• You have good Office skills and ideally have experience with the management software Rimo R5
