For the area of job placement and coaching, we are looking for a motivated personality as of immediately or by arrangement as: Specialist Employer Partnerships and Job Coach, 80–100% Your tasks Collaboration with employers and the economy (60 %) You win companies in the canton of Bern as partners and create internship, training and jobs for refugees. You bring the needs of companies together with the potential of refugees and create sustainable perspectives for successful professional integration. You enjoy being on the move, making new contacts and building long-term, trusting partnerships with employers. You advise and accompany employers during the entire placement process – from needs assessment to successful integration. You recognize developments and opportunities in the labor market and initiate new cooperations with companies and other partner organizations. You represent the Swiss Red Cross Kanton Bern professionally towards companies, authorities and other stakeholders. Job Coaching and labor integration (40%) You accompany people from the asylum and refugee sector on their way into the labor market and develop individual integration strategies together. You analyze the professional potentials and resources of the clients and promote their sustainable integration into the primary labor market. You support in job searching, in creating application documents as well as in preparation for job interviews. You place suitable candidates with companies and accompany the entry into the job. You advise and accompany clients as well as employers during the induction and probationary period and promote sustainable professional integration. You work interdisciplinary with our social services, authorities, educational institutions and other partner organizations. Your profile You have completed vocational basic training with several years of professional experience in recruiting, personnel placement, job coaching or HR. You enjoy working with people from different cultures as well as building and maintaining sustainable relationships with employers and network partners. You have very good knowledge of the labor market and understand how to successfully bring together the needs of refugees and employers. You convince through service orientation, negotiation skills, communication strength and a confident appearance. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and are characterized by a high degree of initiative. You have proficient German language skills and are confident in using MS Office.
