For the winter season 2026/27, we are looking for an inspiring personality as a Service Manager (m/f). Your Profile • Several years of experience in a comparable leadership position • Very good German skills, English and Italian skills are an advantage • Hosting personality with a natural charisma • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working • Leadership competence, team spirit, and organizational talent • Joy in promoting employees and further developing a team • Resilient, reliable, and composed even in hectic situations • Passion for first-class service and genuine hospitality Your Tasks • Operational management of the entire service area • Leadership, motivation, and duty scheduling of the service team • Ensuring a professional and warm guest experience • Responsibility for service quality and operational standards • Active participation in day and evening business • Induction and further development of employees • Close cooperation with kitchen, reception, and management • Creation of duty rosters and hour tracking We Offer • No room hour • Regulated days off • Working with high-quality regional products • Modern working conditions and flat hierarchies • A motivated and family-like team • Support with further training • Employee accommodation available if possible • Long-term development opportunities beyond the season • A lot of personal responsibility and scope for design Why Morteratsch?
