Job description ## We would like to expand our team with you. A recognized further education in manual lymphatic drainage or the interest in completing this course would be a very big plus point. One focus of your work will be on the care of patients in the care center. The other focus will be on the outpatient care of patients in the practice. The patient base is mixed from young to old, neurological to orthopaedic. Our practice is located directly behind the Kloten railway station. We offer a bright MTT area, an additional training room with mirrors, and a private therapy room for each of our therapists. For home visits, a practice car is available to you. You come by public transport? Then we will contribute to your costs with a supplement. If you come by vehicle, you can park with us free of charge. The reception is staffed from Monday to Thursday between 07:30 and 17:00, and on Fridays until 16:00. The entire process regarding registration, appointment scheduling, telephone, and emails will be taken care of for you. You may devote your entire time to your patients. We will define your working hours together with you. If you would be interested in the position as a lead physiotherapist, please indicate this. In this case, some exciting additional tasks would await you. Your workload would include a portion of back-office tasks, as well as work with patients and in the care center. However, for the management position, we expect some prior knowledge (among other things, familiarity with the Swiss healthcare system and the legalities regarding KVG and UVG, as well as billing - if you also bring knowledge and experience in office work, that would be great). Furthermore, for this position, we expect very independent and economical thinking and working. Induction and also support during the first months will be guaranteed before this role transitions into complete independent responsibility.
