We create opportunities and perspectives for clientele and staff. The day area of the AWZ is oriented toward the concept of vocational identity and provides corresponding work content. Then there is a chance to do so now: Currently, we are looking for a Work Agogist for the Arbeit und Tun department (or related professions) immediately or by arrangement. Whom are we looking for You are a trained specialist with several years of experience in working with people with a disability. You work person-centered and can recognize the individual potential and personal ideas of the clientele. You know the instruments to successfully accompany people with a disability, especially with ASD. You rejoice with the clientele over successes and still laugh when something goes wrong. Creativity and initiative characterize you. You work well with other departments and enjoy networking. Knowledge of UK is desired. What awaits you The Arbeit und Tun department provides workplaces that are consciously not designed to be performance-oriented. Rather, you create daily content that meets the clientele regarding their vocational identity and personal ideas for daily organization, thus prioritizing the successful management of the day. In addition to activities in the creative field that are not primarily product-oriented, there is a focus on accompanying individual patterns and preferences. A competent team supports you in your activities.  We develop innovative offers and provide a high degree of self-determination for clientele and staff.
