Team Leader Order and Service Billing FM

Are you interested in controlling orders in Facility Management? Are you enthusiastic about leadership, organization and numbers? In this role, you will take responsibility for the entire administrative order process at our new location in Malley and lead a dedicated team. With you, we will specifically develop our order management.   What you can achieve • You lead a team of clerks personally and professionally and specifically develop your employees. • In addition, you control the entire administrative order processing process and ensure efficient and cost-effective processing. • You monitor projects and individual orders, ensure timely invoicing and are responsible for correct service billing. • Furthermore, you optimize processes in order management and ensure compliance with economic and qualitative specifications. • You coordinate orders, resources and interfaces and ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Additionally, you ensure correct documentation, contract management and accounts payable processing, thereby guaranteeing structure and quality in daily business.   What you bring with you • You have a commercial or technical basic training and have ideally completed further training in the field of Facility Management, real estate, business administration, organization or accounting. • In addition, you bring several years of experience in order management, order billing or in a comparable coordinating function in the Facility Management, real estate or service environment. • You have leadership experience or proven experience in the professional leadership and development of employees. • You have a strong understanding of numbers, recognize business contexts and implement processes around order billing and invoicing efficiently. • You are proficient in using IT systems such as MS Office/O365, SAP and ideally CAFM systems such as Planon and have a flair for applications, data and system connections. • You communicate well orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge of French.
