Shape a future-oriented procurement with us The Management Services directorate is responsible for central business functions of the Insel Gruppe. The Procurement of Non-Medical Goods (NMG) strategically manages relevant product groups and supports the specialist departments as a competent business partner. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality with experience in strategic procurement, who is responsible for complex procurements and would like to further develop in the environment of public procurement and services. What to expect Strategic Procurement • Development and implementation of product group and procurement strategies • Analysis of procurement markets as well as identification of optimization and innovation potential • Independent management of demanding price and contract negotiations • Planning and execution of tenders according to public procurement law • Ensuring transparent, legally compliant, and audit-proof processes Contract and Supplier Management • Creation, review, and further development of contracts • Building and maintaining sustainable supplier relationships • Performance and risk management in the supplier portfolio Collaboration with specialist departments • Close coordination with internal stakeholders, especially in the area of ICT and technical infrastructure • Role as a sparring partner for economic and procurement-relevant questions <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Completed higher education (HF, FH, Uni) in business administration, business law, or technology • Further training in public procurement is desirable • Experience in the strategic procurement of technical goods and services • ICT knowledge and ideally initial experience in the development of AI-supported solutions • Experience in conducting tenders according to IVöB is desirable • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working • Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards internal and external partners • Very good German skills <br /> Our offer <br /> • A responsible function with a lot of individual creative freedom • A versatile procurement environment with strategic relevance • Exciting collaboration with different specialist departments in a complex organizational environment • Flexible working hours and modern infrastructure • Targeted further training opportunities, especially in public procurement <br /> Questions about the position?
