YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY • Needs- and customer-oriented care and support for patients in accordance with the nursing process, in collaboration with our partner physicians and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Individual care and support for our patients, taking into account our nursing mission statement • Recognition and management of emergency situations, as well as initiation of appropriate measures until the doctor arrives • Responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Introduction and support of new employees, learners, and students In your additional function as a vocational trainer, you will assume the following tasks: • Competent accompaniment and support of HF students in nursing, as well as learners in the health profession, both professionally and pedagogically, during their practical training • Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department, in accordance with the training concept <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist • Experience on an IMC / Stroke Unit is an advantage • Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it <br /> PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br /> • Professional experience in an acute care hospital is desirable <br /> ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE <br /> • Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent • Good German language skills in writing and speaking (B2 certificate) • Good IT user skills • High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy • Teamwork and ability to guide employees <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, you can expect an inter- and multi-professionally working, well-established team.
