You support our clients by telephone for the activation and login to the «VZ Portail financier». You identify potential areas for optimization and organize appointments for the advisors of our branches. Internally, you provide support to the French-speaking client advisors regarding all services of VZ and the VZ Portail financier. You also collaborate with our employees at the VZ Banque de Dépôt headquarters in Zug. You constantly develop your knowledge and can thus provide information on all services offered, particularly regarding the field of digital banking. In addition to your daily missions, you have the opportunity to contribute actively to the development of VZ Banque de Dépôt by participating in internal projects.
