Clerk Quality Service (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a colleague as a Clerk Quality Service, effective immediately.

Your tasks:

Your focus is in the area of service orders, repair orders, and customer returns. You process incoming goods, provide price information, and record customer orders in SAP. You also advise our internal and external customers on general questions regarding our products. After the induction period, you will also prepare customs documents as a deputy. You are in close contact with your contact persons in the field service, in assembly, and at the production sites.

What we expect from you:

This position requires a flair for technology and a certain manual dexterity. You enjoy learning new things and have good MS Office skills. Ideally, you have SAP knowledge, as well as knowledge in the areas of insect protection or outdoor. In addition to good German skills, French skills would be an advantage. You work precisely and carefully, are committed, and are flexibly deployable. You enjoy interacting with people and like working in a team.
