For our client, we are looking for a committed Test Manager / Incident Manager for an exciting IT project in the public sector. This role requires a proactive personality with strong analytical thinking skills and excellent communication skills.

Your tasks

• Development and implementation of test policies and strategies in compliance with relevant standards.
• Management of the test system infrastructure and coordination with the development and operations departments.
• Ensuring and monitoring the required test resources and activities.
• Processing and coordination of problem reports in incident and problem management using tools such as Jira and Splunk.
• Estimation and planning of test efforts as well as introduction of metrics for test progress.
• Preparation and coordination of release introductions in close cooperation with various manager roles.
• Support in the buildup of test automation.

Your profile

• Valid certification in ISTQB or HERMES 5.
• Sound experience as a test lead with at least three years of professional experience.
• Technical know-how in the integration of central systems such as SAP and GEVER.
• Experience in collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Business fluent in German or French, both spoken and written.
