Job description
As of 1. February 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a: Childcare Specialist EFZ, 60% - 80%. Kita Gunten offers employment in a small, family-like operation with 18 childcare places for children from 3 months up to kindergarten entry. We are looking for a responsible person who contributes to the Kita with much joy and passion. Your tasks

Planning and design of a varied everyday life in a mixed-age group
Age-, development-, and need-oriented promotion, care, and nursing of the children according to the pedagogical concept of Kita Gunten
Cultivation and design of good cooperation with the parents
Participation in team meetings and events
Planning and conducting settling-in processes
You bring with you

Completed training as a Childcare Specialist (EFZ) or a recognized equivalent training
Open-minded, reliable, and team-oriented personality
Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and flexibility
Willingness for reflection and professional further development
Joy in nature and in being outdoors with the children in all weather
