Your tasks Your new and versatile area of responsibility includes the processing of BESR money receipts and the inquiries of the insured regarding installments and payment deferrals; additionally, you are responsible for the dunning processes. You monitor the money receipts from reclamation, manage various status lists, and process the daily electronic inquiries from our customer portal. As a contact point for telephone and written inquiries from our insured as well as from internal departments and external partners, you look forward to lively contact. You also support the team with the monthly IKS as well as with the quarterly and annual financial statements and, together with your female colleagues in the accounts receivable team, you represent the accounts payable and the real estate administration. After the induction period, you will have the opportunity to work in the home office one day per week.
