For our client, a successful and innovative production company in the region, we are looking for several motivated and reliable personalities as Plant Operator m/f/d (80–100%) immediately or by arrangement.

Job Description

Your tasks include operating, monitoring, and setting up the production plants as well as ensuring a smooth production process. You carry out quality controls according to the specified standards, resolve minor malfunctions, and report technical problems. In addition, you document the production data and take over the packaging, labeling, and preparation of the produced goods. Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations is as much part of your area of responsibility as supporting the team with general production work.

Requirement Profile

Ideally, you have completed technical or craft training and preferably already have experience as a plant operator or in a production plant. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working with machines. An independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working, as well as physical resilience, characterize you. In addition, you have good German skills in spoken and written language, are willing to work in shifts, and convince through teamwork and a sense of responsibility.
