As a leading nursing specialist, you take responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring all steps in the care process of clients. You work closely with the services involved, such as psychiatric clinics, doctors, social services, etc. You help with the further development of the Department of Psychiatry within our Spitex organization and with the establishment of networking within the regional non-profit Spitex organizations in the Department of Psychiatry. Your profile You have completed training as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, Department of Psychiatry. You have at least 2 years of professional experience in outpatient or inpatient psychiatric care and meet the legal requirements to conduct needs assessments independently. You are a reflective, open and flexible person and have a high level of professional competence. You have a forward-thinking and structured approach to work and remain overview even in challenging situations. You have a category B driver's license.
