Care Assistant

Your tasks:

• Support for residents with personal care, mobilization, and dressing
• Assistance with food intake and ensuring the well-being of residents
• Accompaniment and care in everyday life as well as promotion of independence
• Observation of the state of health and notification of relevant changes to the nursing staff
• Support in the care of people with geriatric diseases as well as in hospice and palliative care
• Participation in household tasks in nursing everyday life
• Careful documentation of services provided according to guidelines
• Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and support for relatives in the context of daily care
• Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety standards

Your profile:

• Completed training as a care assistant SRK or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment of working with older and care-dependent people
• Empathy, patience, and respectful interaction
• Responsible, reliable, and independent work
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Willingness to work early, late, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Teamwork and flexibility
