Clerk / Office Assistant (m/f/d) 50%

Your responsible tasks include among others

• Time tracking
• Creating wire orders in SAP
• Creating new FAUF in SAP and scheduling in Loom Data
• Telephone service
• Managing the cash registers of Bopp and Filinox
• Administration of work clothing

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Several years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of MS-Office
• Perseverance, reliability and initiative
• Good manners and a strong understanding of teamwork
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
