Psychotherapy. Professional responsibility. Co-creation.

Perhaps we are looking for exactly you.
We are not just looking for reinforcement.
We are looking for a person who takes on professional and leadership responsibility at EasySoul – and feels like co-creating, experimenting, and building further with us.
Psychotherapy. Professional responsibility. Co-creation.
For the sake of simplicity, we are writing this announcement in the feminine form. Of course, people of all genders are meant.
EasySoul is a growing psychotherapeutic practice in Balsthal – professionally clear, professional, and binding.
And at the same time, much more has long been growing here:
Business. Flow. Digitization. ESQ. New forms of cooperation and development.
For this, we are looking for a federally recognized psychotherapist, ideally with a practice permit, who takes on professional and leadership responsibility at EasySoul.
But we are not just looking for a function.
We are looking for a co-creator. A player. A master of learning.
Professionally mature.
Self-efficacious.
Lively.
Curious.
You can create and hold spaces without having to possess them.
You like encounter, relationship, and real connection.
You are curious about body, embodiment, resonance, energy, and touch.
And you feel like not just understanding things, but also trying them out, experiencing them, and developing them further together.
Consent, freedom, and self-responsibility belong together for you.
In addition to psychotherapy, other spaces are created at EasySoul: for cooperation, development, workshops, embodiment, retreats – and for things that we do not yet know today.
You should not just implement our vision.
Bring your own.
Perhaps it will become more than an employment at some point: real partnership, shared responsibility, perhaps even co-entrepreneurship.
Psychotherapy is an important part of our ground.
And quite a lot is allowed to grow upon it.
If, while reading, you have thought suspiciously often:
"They mean me."
Then we should meet. jpid8a1a534jm jit0833jm jiy26jm
