As a Cyber Security Operations Specialist, you will competently and solution-oriented support our major customers in all IT matters and ensure the smooth operation of the IT environment. These are your tasks: You support the CISO of one of our main customers in the implementation and operationalization of the security strategy You work on creating solution proposals and decision bases based on security requirements and needs You check compliance and assess the effectiveness of security policies You identify and evaluate security risks in the ICT environment You coordinate and support the defense against ICT security incidents and the remediation of vulnerabilities You transfer security policies and systems into productive operation and the existing system environment You support the analysis and evaluation of criminal activities in the ICT environment and their potential impact on the company You conduct organizational and technical audits in ICT and OT You conduct employee training on security issues You operate, control, and monitor the company-wide ICT security systems This is what you bring: Experience in introducing the IKT Minimalstandard or comparable standards. Flair for creating and maintaining ICT security policies. In-depth knowledge of planning, building, and operating ICT security solutions. Deep ICT security understanding in general, in-depth (security) knowledge specifically in the areas of Microsoft 365 Services, Windows Server, Firewalling, Network, and Endpoint Management. Experience in OT Security is an advantage. High self-responsibility and the ability to take on tasks and decisions independently. Ongoing development of specialist knowledge in a dynamic environment and its active transfer to others. Experience or willingness to work in agile work methods. Pleasure in direct contact with customers and in active interaction with different people. Independent, structured way of working with high team orientation. Excellent German language skills and secure English language skills in writing and speaking. A flair for clean and clear documentation.
