As a Product Manager for Low Voltage Circuit Breakers, you will take responsibility for a forward-looking portfolio in the field of intelligent energy distribution. In close cooperation with Sales, Channel Management, and MarCom, you are responsible for the market success of the portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will further develop the portfolio and positioning strategy, accompany product launches, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that our solutions are successfully placed in the market through the right channels. Your responsibility & mission: * Responsibility for success: You control the economic success of the product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle and ensure sustainable growth. * Product strategy: You plan and implement successful product launches and continuously develop the portfolio, market positioning, and marketing activities. * Market development: You recognize market trends, customer needs, and growth potentials at an early stage and derive new business opportunities from them. * Expert role: You promote internal and external knowledge transfer and position yourself as a competent contact person for the entire product portfolio. * Collaboration: You work closely with Sales, Channel Management, and MarCom to successfully implement common goals. * International network: You cooperate with international Business Units and ensure a market-oriented and competitive orientation of the portfolio. * Planning & Forecasting: You are responsible for forecasts and requirement planning and actively support budget and business planning. Your mindset: * Completed education in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy and environmental technology, mechatronics, or a comparable subject area * Additional training in marketing, business administration, or a related field is an advantage * Sound knowledge in product management and product marketing as well as a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working * High sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and enjoyment in actively tackling new challenges * Very good German and English skills, French is an additional plus * Willingness for occasional business trips in the amount of around 20% Your next step?
