For our Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) team in Opfikon, which manages a well-known large corporation, we are looking for an engaged, experienced, and independent person as Property Manager CREM (m/w/d), Opfikon, 50% This is what you will be doing: You will manage a demanding, exciting real estate portfolio consisting of operating, technical, and storage rooms for our customer You will represent our customers as a tenant representative In this role, you will be responsible for renting and terminating leases, as well as all questions related to real estate from A to Z As a hub, you will be responsible for commercial leases, acceptances and handovers, contract extensions, property inspections, and reporting You will coordinate dismantling work in cooperation with the operational users In doing so, you will be in contact with owners, suppliers, and authorities as a representative of interests You understand how to work together as a team to get the best out of it for the customer and for Wincasa That's why you succeed: You have several years of experience in property management (ideally in commercial real estate) and want to further expand your real estate knowledge and establish yourself as an advisor and sparring partner for a large customer You have completed the federal certificate as a property manager or a comparable education and are motivated to learn new things You are mobile and appreciate a varied task in which it is easy for you to negotiate skillfully with different interest groups and achieve good solutions as an organizational talent In addition to good numerical flair, networked and analytical thinking, you have good verbal and written expression skills in German and Swiss German Here are some of our benefits: Working hours: We live mobile working with individual (annual) working time and/or part-time work.
