The IT Project Manager is responsible for the definition and delivery of digital projects throughout their entire life cycle, from planning to user adoption. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international partners, they contribute to operational excellence and transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities: *Project Delivery* • Lead IT projects from initiation to implementation • Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables • Manage plans, milestones, dependencies, and priorities • Coordinate testing, go-live, and adoption activities • Manage budget and resources *Stakeholder Management* • Coordinate clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders • Facilitate decision-making and alignment between teams • Manage third-party providers and delivery partners *Governance, risks & quality* • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies • Escalate critical issues and propose mitigation measures • Ensure compliance with governance and security requirements *Transformation* • Drive change, digital, and AI initiatives • Lead post-merger integration projects • Identify improvement opportunities for patients REQUIREMENTS • Excellent IT project planning and execution skills • Proven experience in complex international environments • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Sense of risk and ability to make informed decisions • Structured, solution-oriented, and results-oriented way of working • Solid technical skills (infrastructure, applications, digital) • Proficiency in English + German or French mandatory • Bachelor/Master in IT, information systems, or a related field • Experience with external providers desired • Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an asset • Project management certification is an asset
