Project Manager Formwork and Bridge Construction

You will take over the project management in formwork and bridge construction, from the processing of offers through to work preparation and execution.

Tasks

• Independent processing of offers and acquisition of formwork orders
• Project management in work preparation and execution of formwork work or auxiliary bridges
• Interface planning and coordination of trades, subcontractors, and project participants
• Responsibility for occupational safety, quality management, and project results
• Resource and deployment planning with deadline assurance
• Personnel management of site managers, foremen, and construction workers on projects
• Additional order management as well as financial and technical project controlling

Profile

• Completed construction technology training as a civil engineer, master builder, or site manager
• Experience in planning and execution in formwork construction
• Basic understanding of statics and steel construction
• Comprehensive knowledge in the main construction industry as a project manager or site manager
• Large-scale project experience and references in infrastructure construction
• Leadership experience and strong social competence
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and industry software such as Ababau, Baubit, SORBA, or SAP
