Key Account Manager Company profile innovative and extremely dynamic industrial and service company Your main tasks Your area of responsibility includes the support of key customers from industry, their mechatronic assemblies and systems, as well as the acquisition of new orders with existing customers and active support with new customers. You process customer inquiries, create calculations and offers, also for long-term contracts and closings, and are responsible for the entire order processing with the internal departments. You are also responsible for pre- and post-calculation, ensure the order intake and manage the framework contracts with their availability. Education and experience You have completed training as a Polymechaniker or Konstrukteur with further training as a technischer Kaufmann or similar and have experience in the intensive support of key customers in a technical environment, preferably from medical technology. Good knowledge in English, as well as in the Office programs incl. SAP are required. Personally, you bring a high degree of technical understanding and enjoyment of precision technology. You are a customer-oriented person and convince customers with pronounced consulting competence, tactical negotiation skills and excellent closing qualities.
