Here is the information sheet: https://tinyurl.com/Mechaniker-Suvema Your tasks #### • Mechanical assembly, adaptation, and extension of machine tools in the Biberist workshop • Implementation of individual client requirements as well as technical adaptations on new and existing systems • Analysis of technical challenges and development of practical solutions • Assembly, modernization, and optimization of mechanical construction groups • Support during commissioning and occasional interventions at clients' sites (max. 5-10%) Your profile #### • Basic technical training as a poly-mechanic, agricultural machine mechanic, or equivalent • Very good mechanical understanding and enjoyment of technical challenges • Experience in mechanical construction or in the field of machine tools is an advantage • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, knowledge of electricity is appreciated • Autonomous, solution-oriented, and precise work • Desire to think actively and develop technical solutions • Communicative personality and ability to work in a team, appreciating direct client contact • Very good knowledge of German Your benefits #### • Varied activity on high-quality CNC machine tools and customized client solutions • Most of the work takes place in the Biberist workshop - only occasional client interventions • Family-like team with strong cohesion and short decision-making processes • Flexible annual working time with a lot of autonomy in daily organization • 41-hour week with two paid 10-minute breaks per day • Numerous opportunities for further training and development within the TOLUS group • 5 weeks of vacation, 6 weeks from 50 years old • Modern infrastructure and free parking • Several company events per year and a convivial work environment • Possible private use of the company's pool vehicle after agreement • Attractive social benefits and long-term perspective in a prosperous Swiss company Do you feel concerned?
