Job description
Kinderhort Iberg operates a daycare center and a day structure at two locations in Mellingen. At the -Iberg- location, we care for children from 3 months up to the 2nd kindergarten year in two mixed-age groups, and at the -Tagesstrukturen- location, kindergarten and school children. To strengthen our pedagogical specialist team at both locations, we are looking for an engaged and motivated Childcare Specialist with EFZ 80-100% (f/m) starting immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility:

Care of children aged 3 months to the end of the 2nd kindergarten year in the daycare center within the framework of the pedagogical concept
Care of kindergarten and school children in the day structures within the framework of the pedagogical concept
Observing and documenting the developmental and learning progress of the children
Taking over domestic and administrative tasks
Maintaining dialogue with parents and legal guardians
Participation in team meetings and in the organization of events
You bring with you:

Training as a Childcare Specialist with federal diploma of vocational education and training (EFZ) or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Flexibility
Independent and team-oriented working
High social competence, resilience, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
