Responsibilities
Ensure service, maintenance and troubleshooting interventions for customers
Diagnose malfunctions and search for the causes of electrical faults
Control the proper functioning and compliance of installations
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work
Replace defective components and perform necessary adjustments
Advise and support users on the optimal use of installations
Write intervention reports and ensure follow-up of the work performed
Profile
CFC as Electrician Installer indispensable
Proven experience in troubleshooting, after-sales service or electrical maintenance
Solid knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations
Good sense of customer service and excellent communication skills
Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented personality
Valid driving license mandatory
