To build up our department for medical and device-based cosmetics, we are looking for a dedicated specialist who not only performs treatments but also develops the new range together with us and positions it successfully in the market. YOUR TASKS • Independent performance of medical-cosmetic and device-based treatments, especially radiofrequency treatments • Professional consultation, skin assessment, and information regarding treatment processes, contraindications, and aftercare • Development and construction of our cosmetic treatment portfolio • Development of treatment concepts, standardized processes, treatment protocols, aftercare recommendations, and package offers • Participation in determining offers and prices • Ensuring high quality, hygiene, and documentation standards • Professional support in the marketing of the new range • Development of topics and content for website, social media, newsletter, and other marketing measures • Participation in the introduction of new treatments and technologies • Building long-term customer relationships YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as Kosmetiker/in EFZ, FA/HFP or comparable sound cosmetic training • Further education or practical experience in medical or device-based cosmetics • Valid certificate of expertise according to V-NISSG for the intended applications, especially "Skin and Pigmentation" • Certificate of expertise "Cellulite and Fat Pads" is an advantage • Experience with radiofrequency treatments and other device-based procedures • Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented way of working • Interest in actively building up and further developing a new specialist area • Intuition for consultation, positioning, and marketing • Very good German skills WE OFFER • Much creative freedom in building up a new range • Modern health center with a direct view of the Rhein • Interdisciplinary cooperation in therapy, health, prevention, and longevity • Existing customer base and support from our marketing • Flexible deployment options at approx. 20 % workload • Possibility for later expansion of the workload • Permanent employment, start of position by agreement Work location: Gesundheitszentrum Basel, Oetlingerstrasse 2, 4057 Basel More about us: www.gesundheitszentrum-basel.ch Contact: Oskar Enenkel, info@physio-basel.ch
