We are a versatile trading and service company in the mineral oil and transport industry in the Brugg/Windisch region. To complement our team in the Gas Stations department at the main location in Windisch, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a:

Clerk Gas Stations 40–50% (with focus on fuel card business)

Your tasks

• You support the team in diverse administrative and organizational tasks. In doing so, you take responsibility, work independently, and actively contribute to the further development of our gas station business.
• Active acquisition of new fuel card customers – particularly in the B2B sector – approx. 20% of working time including on-site visits
• Support and maintenance of our fuel card customers as well as processing of inquiries and changes
• Independent processing of administrative and organizational tasks in the area of gas stations
• Support in marketing and sales promotions related to our fuel card offer
• Telephone and written customer support as well as maintenance of customer master data
• Support in the management of our gas stations, lessees, and partners
• Coordination and administrative support for maintenance and repair work
• Assistance in monitoring and maintaining fuel prices

Your profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with a technical flair
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Good MS Office and ERP user knowledge
• Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, and confident in telephone contact
• Enjoyment of active sales and no hesitation with cold calling
• Good manners and a friendly, professional appearance
• Readiness for on-call duties – also on weekends
