Head of Plant and Building Technology (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Technical leadership and further development of a three-person team in the areas of process engineering, assembly and building technology
Definition of process parameters as well as configuration of peripheral devices (camera, torque and leak testing systems)
Management of projects for increasing efficiency and automation
Active participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP)
Procurement as well as commissioning of plants in cooperation with the headquarters
Conducting training for shift leaders, mechanics and system managers
Responsibility for the documentation and maintenance of master data (SAP, Hydra, FSSC)
Creation of functional specifications for the production and technology areas
Support of maintenance as well as coordination of the training program "Automatiker"
Monitoring and optimization of building automation
Cost reporting for electricity, water, compressed air and general consumption
Support of the facility department and representation in case of absence

Your experience:

Completed vocational training as Automatiker, electrical installer or in a comparable professional field
Further training as maintenance specialist or process specialist
Experience in employee leadership as well as in project management
In-depth knowledge in the areas of hydraulics and pneumatics
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Ideally experience in SAP maintenance as well as with Siemens TIA/S7
High level of commitment, flexibility and resilience
