Group Leader IT Service Operation

Your tasks

• You lead your team technically and disciplinarily (including recruitment, employee development, target agreements, employee interviews and budget responsibility). In doing so, you promote an open feedback, learning and performance culture
• You are responsible for building and continuously developing a professional IT Service Operation in terms of processes, methods, tools and governance
• You ensure the high-quality, stable and cost-efficient provision of our infrastructure, cloud, workplace and application services over the entire lifecycle
• You control and coordinate our external IT service providers, conduct service reviews, monitor the agreed services and initiate continuous improvement measures
• You actively support your team in the operational daily business

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in computer science (or equivalent) and have several years of experience in IT operations (infrastructure, cloud, workplace)
• You have already gained initial or several years of management experience and know how to motivate, develop and successfully lead teams
• You have in-depth knowledge of IT service management (ideally according to ITIL) as well as the control of external IT service providers and outsourcing partners
• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and take responsibility for results and service quality
• You convince through a structured, independent and initiative-driven work style as well as through pronounced communication and negotiation skills
• Customer and service orientation are your top priority, at the same time you have the necessary assertiveness.
