In order to complete its team, the Service des sports, manifestations et maintenance is looking for a: Technical Coordinator for Sports Infrastructures Reporting to the deputy sector manager, you will ensure the technical and operational coordination of the City's sports infrastructures. You will ensure their proper functioning, availability, safety and the quality of services provided, while guaranteeing compliance with standards, procedures and available resources. Missions: Plan, coordinate and monitor technical interventions, maintenance operations, upkeep work as well as services from external companies; Guarantee the availability, compliance, safety and proper functioning of sports infrastructures, including access control systems; Ensure the technical monitoring of installations, manage incidents, participate in the on-call service and ensure compliance with standards, legal requirements and usage directives; Participate in upkeep and maintenance work, ensure continuity of activities by replacing staff in case of absence and contribute to the smooth running of the sector's activities; Ensure the monitoring of activity indicators, write activity reports, technical assessments and dashboards, then formulate improvement proposals; Develop, implement and evolve technical management procedures in order to optimize the quality of services, the durability of installations and the efficiency of the resources engaged; Collaborate with internal teams, partners, associations and users, while being able to ensure the replacement of the sports infrastructures team leader. Profile: CFC in the field of building, upkeep and maintenance or a title deemed equivalent, completed by training in management; Proven experience in the planning and coordination of technical activities; Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities simultaneously; Analytical, synthesis and anticipation skills; Team spirit and sense of collaboration; Excellent writing skills and perfect mastery of French; Very good mastery of IT tools (MS Office). Desired criteria: Residence in the district of Nyon - La Côte; Knowledge of the sporting and associative environment; Associative or volunteer experience; BLS/AED certificate.
