Assistance Health and Social Services EBA / Nursing Aid SRK (m/f/d) – Inhouse-Spitex, 50 % (flexible schedule) The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized and expanded with 86 new senior apartments. As part of this development, we are building up our Inhouse-Spitex. This enables our tenants to live independently in their own apartments within our facility – with the security of professional care in the background. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated person as Assistance Health and Social Services EBA / Nursing Aid SRK (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. Working hours (depending on the model): •Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 11:00 •or flexible between 07:00 – 16:00 and 15:00 – 22:00 Assistance Health and Social Services EBA / Nursing Aid SRK (m/f/d) – Inhouse-Spitex, 50 % (flexible schedule) You will support us: You will care for and accompany our clients in their apartments within our institution You will support basic care and daily life (personal hygiene, mobilization) You will promote independence and resources in a targeted manner You will take on assignments according to the deployment plan within the house You will observe changes and report them reliably You will document your assignments completely and in a traceable manner You will consistently adhere to quality and hygiene guidelines You can convince us: You have completed training as an Assistance Health and Social Services EBA or Nursing Aid SRK or a recognized equivalent training You have an advantage with experience in Spitex or in a self-employed work environment You work independently, structured and reliably You cope well with changing situations and act pragmatically You have good German language skills in writing and speaking You are flexible and enjoy contributing to the development You can expect: A modern infrastructure in the new building and short distances – you are on the move within our facility without external travel times A care day with more independence and direct reference to the clients in their apartments An exciting work environment in the development of our Inhouse-Spitex – you can actively participate A varied deployment between care, support and coordination Clients who shape their daily lives independently and take targeted support At least 25 days of vacation 13 paid public holidays And that's not all!
