Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will support and advise our customers personally and by telephone regarding auto spare parts and accessories.

Your main tasks include:

• Telephone and personal advice for our workshop and business customers
• Identification and searching for the suitable auto spare parts
• Creation and processing of customer orders
• Ordering missing spare parts from our suppliers
• Provision and control of the ordered goods
• Active sale of spare parts, accessories and supplementary products
• Operation of the own cash register including daily closing
• General administrative activities in the sales area

What you bring with you

For this position, sound knowledge in the field of auto spare parts is mandatory.

You ideally have completed training as a:

• Retail specialist auto parts logistics
• Retail assistant auto parts logistics
• Auto spare parts salesperson
• Automotive specialist
• Automotive mechatronics technician
• Car mechanic

Professional experience in the sale of auto spare parts is of great advantage.

Additionally, you bring:

• Very good German language skills
• Confident handling of IT and electronic parts catalogues
• Valid driving license
• Residence in Switzerland
• Impeccable reputation
• Customer-oriented and reliable way of working
• Readiness for Saturday shifts
