For one of our clients, a specialist in surface treatment in Biel, we are looking for a: Spare Part Coater (M/F) Your missions: • Carry out the coating of spare parts on watch components (bridges, plates, gears, decorated parts, etc.) • Prepare the surfaces and ensure the cleanliness of the parts before intervention • Handle dedicated products and tools (lacquers, varnishes, coating products, applicators, microscopes) • Work under a binocular microscope with a high level of precision • Strictly respect operating ranges and quality processes • Visually inspect the parts and report any non-conformity • Document the work in the production tracking tool Your profile: • Experience in coating, watch decoration or microtechnology • Excellent dexterity, precision and patience • Mastery of work under a binocular microscope • Keen sense of detail and quality • Ability to follow precise instructions and demanding standards • Team spirit, autonomy and rigor
