What to expect ##

In this role, you will ensure the security and satisfaction of our customers on a daily basis and support our insurance and pension advisors.

What you will achieve with us ##

The core of your job is daily customer contact. You will advise our customers via telephone, email, and at the reception, and assist in the supervision and support of our apprentices.

With your organizational skills and your flair for administrative tasks, you will create offers, process applications, and coordinate appointments. Together with our insurance and pension advisors, you will set the course for the smooth processing of customer business. Together, we go the extra mile for our loyal customers.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in the insurance industry
• Completed training "Versicherungsvermittler/-in VBV" or willingness to do so
• Joy in direct customer contact as well as close cooperation in a team
• Helpfulness and customer enthusiasm are your passion
• Independent, reliable way of working
• Authentic, winning and empathetic personality
• Fluent German skills, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Your place of work is Reinach AG, the workload is 100% and the start of employment is on 01. November 2026 or by arrangement.
